Automatic Register Pre-setting and Control (Closed loop) Module

Using printed target and a communication link to the press, pRegister closes the loop and automatically sets the color plates into registration.

  • Works with CI Flexo presses and supports jobs up to12 colors.
  • Setup is simple, fast and easy to use.
  • pRegister range of operation resides between a very large initial mis-register error to a fine accuracy, which is achieved very fast, while reducing setup time and related waste.

Semi-automatic registration make ready for Flexo CI

Any existing printed element on the web can be used for fast registration (eg. micro dots for plate mounting, registration crosshairs, color patches etc…). Stop the press, click and go – the print is in register!
